Rob at Eastern Ottawa Plumbing was quick to respond and believe me, I sent about 7 emails and each time, he answered in a manner that was easy for both my husband and I to understand. His price was more than reasonable and he came the very next day. We had a new tap installed and an under the counter water filter. Rob is professional and a fantastic worker. When Rob came to give us a quote he was very professional, very friendly, transparent and best of all gave us a very reasonable and within our expectations quote for the type of work we wanted done. Contacted Rob to help figure out why my outdoor hose faucets weren't working. Described to him the situation and he knew exactly what was wrong, and came the next day to fix the problem. He was very upfront about pricing, and rates were very reasonable. He worked quickly and showed me how to prevent the hose bib from freezing in the future -- which I really appreciated. Will definitely use him again for plumbing issues!

Have had Rob come in on a number of occasions. He has fixed backwards and leaky faucets (Hot water coming from Cold). He has installed a new toilet. He has installed a home water filtration system for me. And has also installed a Hot Water Flow Pipe from my Tankless Hot Water Heater to my Air Handler. Every time he has been very knowledgeable of what was needed for the install, and very friendly! The job’s always been done right the first time and have never have needed him to come back and fix/service anything he’s installed. I highly recommend them!

Our 2 showers were not working putting us in a dire situation. We contacted few plumbers but all of them had complicated ways for booking their service or providing in our view a very simple quote. We gave up on these inefficient administrative burden and contacted Eastern Ottawa Plumbing. Eureka, someone alive is answering! After few minutes of discussion, we got the problems identified and a bulk park cost estimated as it is always hard to be precise without seeing the problems and the surrounding conditions. Less than 45 minutes the plumber, « Rob » (Mcllwrath) was at our door with a big smile ready to tackle the problems. After few hours both showers were in operation. That is what I call « efficiency ». I have to mention that not only Rob is a very pleasant person but a reliable, professional and highly skilled plumber.
